Forex Blacklist July 2026: 17 Platforms Warned by FCA, ASIC & Other Regulators

At CashBack Island, we always put fund security first. According to the latest industry monitoring data, during the period from July 6 to July 12, 2026, financial regulators worldwide once again took action by issuing public warnings against 17 unregulated or non-compliant trading platforms.

This week, leading authorities including the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) jointly exposed a number of suspected fraudulent platforms. To help traders avoid fund-related risks, we have compiled this week’s list of high-risk platforms.

Regulatory Updates: FCA, ASIC, and Other Authorities Issue Serious Warnings

This week’s blacklist shows that global regulatory cooperation is strengthening, with enforcement against unlicensed operations continuing to intensify.

  • UK FCA Warning List: As a global regulatory benchmark, the FCA named WealthGAF, Rock Point Partners, Global Crest Markets, Dex Markets Pro, and GenesisArbit this week. The FCA warned investors that funds traded with these unauthorized firms will not be protected.
  • Australian ASIC Warning: The Australian regulator issued a warning against Markettrade Global, highlighting the risk of fraud.
  • Belgian FSMA Warning: The Belgian regulator issued warnings against five platforms, including Bitelity, DataEdgeFX, Dividenda, Sirano Group, and Winseterra, reminding investors to remain vigilant against online financial scams.
  • Other Regulatory Updates: The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) warned against Dufourbit; the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) named Apex Blue Investor; and Germany’s Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) issued a warning against Digixglobal.

Complete List of 17 High-Risk/Unregulated Platforms

In addition to the platforms named above, many others are operating entirely “without regulation”. CashBack Island reminds you that trading with these platforms leaves your funds with no protection whatsoever.

CashBack Island Risk Analysis: Why Is “Unregulated” a Red Line?

Among the platforms on this week’s list, Blackswan Trading, Bayocean Capital, and others cannot even provide any regulatory information. Under CashBack Island’s review standards, unregulated = high risk.

  • No Fund Custody: Your deposits may be transferred directly into the private accounts of fraudulent groups rather than regulated segregated bank accounts.
  • No Avenue for Redress: If issues such as withdrawal failures or malicious slippage occur, you will be unable to file a complaint with any arbitration body.
  • Opaque Operations: These platforms usually host their servers offshore, with unidentified teams behind them, and may “shut down their websites and disappear” at any time.

How to Avoid Scams? CashBack Island’s Recommendations

  1. Verify Regulatory Licenses: Before making a deposit, visit official websites such as the FCA and ASIC to verify the license number claimed by the platform. Confirm that the company’s full name and address match exactly, and remain alert to “cloned” license scams.
  2. Monitor Regulatory Warnings: Regularly check the “Investor Alerts” pages of regulatory authorities. If a platform appears on a warning list (such as WealthGAF this week), stay away immediately.
  3. Choose a Compliant Cashback Platform: All partners recommended by CashBack Island undergo strict compliance screening. By choosing us, you can not only enjoy cashback benefits but also ensure a fair and secure trading environment.
