The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) has recently updated its warning list of unlicensed companies and suspicious websites, covering various virtual asset frauds, illegal investment platforms, and suspicious websites impersonating licensed financial institutions.

Remarks: Hong Kong investors were randomly added to a WhatsApp group by fraudsters to participate in an investment scheme named “Ying She Ling Dong Plan”. Investors were then induced to download an application called “Em Cloud Intelligence” to conduct transactions under this investment scheme.

The aforementioned website, investment scheme, and application are not associated with the SFC-licensed corporation, Yunyang Securities Asset Management Limited. The fraudsters use a Hong Kong bank account held in the name of Feidun Ltd for settlement.
