• Key Choice: Clients must choose between the “Points for Gifts Event” and the “30% Bonus Event”. Once participation in one has begun, the choice is locked by the system and cannot be changed during this third quarter (July 1 – September 30).
• Trading Volume Calculation Rules: Crucially, all orders used for calculating points must be held for at least 60 seconds. Any hedged trades within the same account will not be counted for points.
• Points to Cash Option: Clients can also choose not to redeem physical gifts and instead convert their points to cash at a rate of 99% of their value. This choice is also locked in at the first redemption and cannot be changed within the quarter.
• Prize Claim Process: After accumulating enough points, clients can submit a redemption request directly on the event page or client portal. The process is automated, and physical gifts or cash equivalents are expected to be processed within 5-10 business days.
