Before you decide to participate in the AUS GLOBAL Summer Carnival, please carefully read the following important notes and related terms and conditions. The final interpretation of all terms belongs to AUS GLOBAL.

• Trading Volume Calculation Rules: It is particularly important that all orders used for calculation must have a holding time of at least 2 minutes. Furthermore, trading volumes from Stocks and Cryptocurrencies are not counted towards the event’s lot requirements. This is to ensure that rewards are given to traders who conduct genuine market analysis and to guide trading activities towards mainstream markets like forex, precious metals, and commodities.
• Account Calculation Method: The event is calculated independently based on a single trading account. The net deposits and trading lots from different trading accounts under the same name cannot be accumulated. Participants need to concentrate their funds and trading activities in one account to aim for higher rewards.
• Prize Claim Process: Prizes are not automatically distributed after the event. Clients must actively send an email to the official address [email protected] within 7 calendar days after the event ends to claim their prize. The email must include the trading account number, name, selected prize, and accurate shipping information. Failure to do so within the deadline will be considered an automatic waiver of eligibility.
• Prize Delivery and Alternative Plan: Physical prizes are expected to be shipped within approximately 15 working days. If a prize selected by a client is unfortunately out of stock, AUS GLOBAL will credit the equivalent value of the prize in USD cash to your trading account within 24 hours, ensuring that the value of your reward is not affected.
• Anti-Abuse Clause: If AUS GLOBAL discovers any client engaging in abuse of the event rules, malicious hedging, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or other improper means, AUS GLOBAL reserves the right to unilaterally disqualify the client and deduct any rewards that have been issued.
• Risk Warning and Disclaimer: Margin trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. AUS GLOBAL reserves the right to change, amend, or terminate this event at any time and holds the final interpretation rights for all terms.
